HOMELESSNESS

Note: On a basic level please pray for accommodation, support, good health and jobs for the homeless.  Due to confidentially we are unable to name the people we support.  We will include more pressing needs as and when they occur. 



Individual prayer points:

(Outreach 12.07.17 and 13.07.17)

  • R - Pray he can handle the money he is due to receive to secure accommodation and the means to keep the accommodation.
  • T - Pray for healing for his leg
  • S - Pray for his mental health and release from drugs


Other points:

  • The UK Prison System to support those who leave prison and provide appropriate follow-up support
  •  Relationships - many rough sleepers are homeless as a result of relationship breakdowns.  Pray for successful marriages and the way we treat one another as a whole.
  • Employment opportunities for the homeless
  • Hospitals to support rough sleepers with good aftercare programmes
  • Domestic violence
  • Substance abuse
  • God's direction for us as an outreach group
